FUN WEDDING AT ZINNIA GARDENS BANSTEAD – JAY & RYAN
IF YOU LOVE DISNEY THEN YOU’LL LOVE THIS TANGLED THEMED WEDDING!
Jay and Ryan got married at the lovely Zinnia Gardens, Banstead, this July. It was a brilliant marquee wedding, with handmade flowers on the tables and an epic cake.
Bridal prep
Jay got ready at home, and there was such a relaxed vibe. She wore a beautiful lace gown, and looked so incredible. The wedding party then hopped into a taxi to get to the ceremony.
Getting hitched
The ceremony took place in a beautiful room at Morden Park House. The ceremony area was a beautiful room, which was so gorgeous, because it was an intimate wedding. The ceremony began with the couple reading their own vows, and finished with a big cheer from everyone. It was a beautiful ceremony, full of excited hand squeezes and nervous giggles.
After the ceremony, we hopped into a taxi and headed to the nearest Mcdonalds drive thru, which was a great idea by the couple. Then we headed over to Mayfield Lavender Field, which was so much fun. I got some awesome couples photos in the field – It was SUCH a sunny day and the field was full of tourists and bees - which was the perfect time for Jay to confess she was scared of bees! But we carried on and safe to say, no one got stung! (even though I practically sat in the bush for a shot!)
The afternoon
Jay and Ryan chose to have their wedding at Zinnia Gardens because it has so many options for you to do what you like, and the light is gorgeous. Zinnia Gardens is a stunning venue, and it’s got such a grand marquee, especially on the dance floor when the room is full of people having a great party!
Jays mum made sure everything was running smoothly on the day and had made all the flowers and table centre pieces! Being Disney fans, and having got engaged at Disneyland it was only right there be a tangled theme, and they even had Rapunzels castle on the top table!
The evening
After the speeches, we all tucked into the cake, and the party got started. The live band played all the best songs to get everyone dancing.Rather than the traditional wedding cake cut, Jay & Ryan had a HUGE tower of Krispy Kremes that they had a first bite of and then invited guests to help themselves, which was followed by an abundance of people descending upon it! The band, played some great covers of Backstreet Boys and similar pop hits done in a cool, rock vibe.
I loved this Disney themed wedding so much. If you’re getting married and looking for a Disney obsessed wedding photographer, get in touch. Here are the photos!
