Foxes Farm - Essex Pumpkin Patch
A few weeks ago me & Johnny decided to go on an adventure to Foxes Farm & Produce in Basildon and pick out some pumpkins! Firstly if you're at a loss for something to do on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon in October then I would totally recommend going pumpkin picking! You don't have to pay an entry fee (you just pay for whatever pumpkins you buy!) and the actual cost of the pumpkins is super reasonable and being able to walk round a huge field and pick your own ideal pumpkin makes the experience super fun!
Being a huge fan of autumn - and in particular halloween this was a dream for me! I loved that there were all different shapes, sizes, colours and types of pumpkins - I didn't even know that some had funny little warts! I fell in love with those ones - the supermarkets only really sell 'normal' looking pumpkins - but when it's halloween who wants normal!
I'm not ashamed to say that I spent £25 on a variety of pumpkins! I got a 'monster' pumpkin, a 'large' pumpkin and a variety of smaller different coloured ones. As a secret goth at heart I couldn't not get a black one!
I also decided to take my camera, on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! It also helps when your boyfriend is into photography too - you can check out his own work here - So credit to him for all the super fun and hilarious ones of me!
